Significant optoelectrical entanglement and mechanical squeezing in a multimodulated optoelectromechanical system

چکیده

We propose the effective generation of entangled and squeezed states in an optoelectromechanical system comprising a macroscopic $LC$ electrical circuit optomechanical system. notice enhancement optoelectrical entanglement. This boost is obtained by application modulations laser drive amplitude, voltage spring constant movable end mirror. The maximum amount entanglement observed to be primarily dependent on modulation. Alongside generated entanglement, we also study variation squeezing mechanical mode for different parameter regimes. observation windows system, when all three types are applied, reported.
